RETURNS POLICY
Strictly Bicycles offers a simple 30 Day Returns policy. You can return new/unused item(s) within 30 days from the time of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price if defective. Special Order/Preorder products are not subject to cancelation once order(s) have been submitted. Deposits on products cannot be canceled but may be subject to store credit unless delivery is outside of the agreed-upon schedule.
Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. No returns on parts that have been installed. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied depending on the returned product (subject to Strictly Bicycles). Please refer to "Terms of Service" for the full details and any additional fees for returns/cancelations. Shipping cost and a transaction Fee of 5% will apply on canceled or returned items that were not defective (subject to Strictly Bicycles).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS:
New, unused items purchased with Affirm financing must be returned within 15 days from the time of purchase and follow the same parameters as returned items.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Nutritional/food products
- Used Bikes
- Frames that parts have been installed
- Special Orders
- Custom-assembled products (a complete bike built of components you selected, a wheel build, etc.)
- Used or damaged merchandise, unless the item failed due to a manufacturer defect. Strictly Bicycles will facilitate all warranties provided by the individual manufacturers by making a claim on your behalf.
If you prefer, you can arrange shipping on your own with your preferred package carrier. Be advised, the expected service time for a return is 2-3 days upon receipt. Please make sure to include your order number and return your package to the address provided below:
